Almost a dozen people who are interested in joining the church attended a general information session right after church on February 5th. It was a good opportunity to meet with other prospective new members, Pastor Tim and some of the church council leaders. For those who wish to move ahead, we will hold a class in the Pastor’s office at 10:00 a.m. on February 12th, 19th and 26th. If you missed the February 4th meeting and are interested in joining the church, please email or call the church office (610-649-4382) and let Pastor Tim know of your interest.

In Somalia, where relief efforts have been hampered by ongoing violence and war, has seen thousands of its citizens fleeing to neighboring Kenya and Ethiopia. It has been estimated that there are 400,000 people in refugee camps there. A giving envelope has been provided for you in the pews. Please make checks payable to Ardmore UMC - add UMCOR, or “Horn of Africa” in the memo line. When all are collected, we will send a check to UMCOR from Ardmore UMC. Thank you. |
